ROLE
I led product design and experience strategy for Dream Payment’s embedded payout white label solution working hand in hand with their CEO, CIO and CPO, as well as Visa’s Global Head of Strategic Digital Partnership & Fintech and our Global Head of Design.
In a span of a month, my team helped reimagine, transform and fundamentally improve how Dream Payment engages with end customers leading to the rapid expansion of the solution from insurance to financial institutions and online marketplaces/ platforms use cases.

THE PROBLEM
Insurance is a massive industry relying on legacy systems and paper checks to issue customer payouts. While DreamPay was already helping carriers modernize this process—accelerating claims, reducing costs, and improving customer satisfaction, increasing digital adoption over paper checks remained a critical opportunity
THE INSIGHT
What we uncovered was simple, but telling: the existing payout flows were introducing just enough friction at the wrong moment—when customers were stressed and just wanted to move on. Faced with complexity, many defaulted to what they knew: checks.
THE SOLUTION
We reimagined the experience from the ground up. A modern, white-label platform built on Visa’s suite of payout technologies—virtual cards, Visa Direct, and Pay by Bank—wrapped in a streamlined, intuitive interface, and customizable for any carrier. The result: less friction, more confidence, and a user experience that made digital the obvious choice.
